Geocache Description:

This cache is an expansion of the Oyate Trail Cache # 13. This site commemorates the location of the first Territorial capital of the Dakota Territory. Serious politics at work here, thus the term "RAIL ROADED IN".

I've tried to hide this cache well to keep it from Muggles, but will "clue you in" to make it an easy find. It's a magnetic duct tape micro on the commemorative plaque.
