Which Way Now? Traditional Cache

Which way now? Those are the words I thought to myself after a four hour trek up and back on the Tom Tom trail I ended up at this vantage point trying to decide which way to go on my next caching adventure. Go for the easy caches along the coast or find another trail up into the mountains? While debating the question and taking in the views from this sight, I decided to stash a cache, just to entice others to hike up this beautiful trail.
Plan of attack: Park at the Makapuu Lookout parking lot and carefully cross the road. Follow the trail up the hill until the first major level-off. Head south from here directly towards the most prominent rock outcropping in front of you. Once there, its an easy climb from the east side to get on top and walk down the ridge a few feet. The cache is a small Lock & Lock in a pretty obvious location.
