Nano cache
Cache is located on the grounds of the Stroh Volunteer Fire Department. This department, like the majorityof fire departments throughout the United States, is completely made up of volunteers. Whether it's responding to a house fire, assisting EMS with medical emergencies, cutting a trapped victim out of his or her wrecked car or even rescuing a dog that has fallen through a frozen lake, these dedicated men and women make themselves available 24/7, 365 days a year. Sometimes they make the ultimate sacrifice while on duty. A short walk from the cache is a memorial to a Stroh firefighter killed in the line of duty on 12/21/1996. This cache was placed with permission of the Stroh Fire Department Chief.
