After finding Johnny's river launch site, I arrived to find him
gone. Left stuck on his truck was a note....
...."Iceman, I went ahead without you. I am going for a snipe hunt.
There I will plant my next cache. I will mark my landing site with
a happy place. You know your in the right spot when you see my
smile. ..."
I floated down the river and found his mark. Sure enough, a happy
place. This is it. Stuck in the tree was another note. Had I missed
him already?
"...This is my snipe hunt. You must find my cache hidden
somewhere nearby. To find it is easier said than done. Simply
follow the glowing pegs. You will find a trail of white dots
thru-out the area. Start from here and go until you find the second
stage, not of copper bones, but marked by triple stones.
Follow the instructions to find the third and final stage.
BEWARE, SNIPES CAN BE DEADLY, DO NOT GO INTO THE WOODS ALONE! YOU
WILL NOT COME OUT WITH A SMILEY!
You will need at least 2 people, both with GPSr's to complete
this challenge.
THE TERRAIN IS VERY ROUGH. DO NOT ATTEMPT AFTER FLOODING RAINS.
BRING SPARE FLASHLIGHTS & BATTERIES.
