Geocache Description:

The City of Olympia owns an undeveloped 4-acre park in Northeast Olympia at 3102 8th Ave. NE (about two blocks east of South Bay Road). This parcel was purchased to be a future neighborhood park to serve Southwest Olympia.

This park is currently closed to public use pending agricultural containment abatement. Tasks to make the site safe for public use remain to be completed.

Please back out the way you came to respect the family living at the end of the road. A sudden influx of traffic turning around may not be appreciated.

Contains log book and writing utensil, but no room for swag. Please just take a moment to appreciate the trip off the beaten path, and keep an eye on this area for future park development.
