The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates

Scrabble players study lots of word lists in order to form bingos and score the bonus 50 points. You need to memorize stems such a RETAIN which combined with another letter such as C will become CREATIN. I was studying some words and somehow came up with the list below.

Note about the Triangle Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for the solver points, you must verify your answer with certitude. All point scoring is arbitrary and subject to change. One challenge puzzle will be posted per month and hint added on the 15th of the month. Please do not share the hints with others. Team work is accepted but please note on your logs or send me an email with team members.
