1 of 2 events in the Erie area to help celebrate 11-11-11. Flash
Mob Style!
COME JOIN US AT 11:11:11 PM ON 11-11-11 FOR A FLASH MOB IN Erie,
Pa. A geocaching flash mob is a VERY quick
event, 15 minutes to be exact. The idea is to suddenly gather,
conduct a quick meeting then disperse as quickly as we gathered.
Please do not arrive at GZ early! Walk around, act like a muggle,
or wait in your vehicle until the time arrives.
To expedite the sign in process for this event, please bring a 3x5
note card signed with your caching name WITH YOU to the event and
drop it into the box at GZ. This will be your "found it" log for
the event.
We will have extra 3X5 notecards and pens available for those that
did not bring one.
If your name is not in the box, you will not
be allowed to log this event.
Please post a note if you plan to attend so we can get an idea of
how many people will be there.
At 11:11:11PM SHARP you will hear a small airhorn. Assemble at the
listed coordinates immediately. If you haven't done so already,
place one signed notecard into the into the box for your log.
At 11:21PM the air horn will be blown again. Group will immediately
move to GZ and get into position for a picture.
11:22 PM SHARP a photo will be taken of the group.
11:23 PM-11:26 PM-Socialize, shake hands, do a dance, stand on your
head, sit on your hands or whatever you would like.
At 11:26:11 PM, the whistle blows the final time and the event
ends.
All participants should leave the GZ area at this time.
