A small camoed lock'n'lock container hidden in a courtyard in historical downtown Lenoir.
*** WARNING: EDUCATIONAL CONTENT ***
Did you know Lenoir is a french name? le noir means 'the dark'. Also 'la lune' is french for 'the moon', and 'dans' is french for 'in'.
*** END WARNING ***
This cache is hidden with permission along the side of a local business, and is accessible from the courtyard. The owners are really cool dudes and are excited to have a cache nearby so feel free to smile and wave if you see them.
Due to the proximity to the buildings the coords are not as accurate as I normally like, but fear not, there are only so many places to hide a small container around here. Expand your search radius a bit more than normal and you should be golden. The cache is contained within the confines of the courtyard. An additional tip: you don't need to climb on or up anything to get this cache. It is also not near any plants or on any artwork.
There is parking across the street. Be mindful of the one-way streets in the area. Bring a pen.
