 Pietre Strette (Parco di Portofino) deve il proprio nome ai grossi blocchi di conglomerato, dei veri e propri torrioni affiancati che spuntano in questo luogo ed è in qualche modo il cuore pedonale del Parco Naturale Regionale di Portofino visto che molti dei sentieri del parco (da e per Camogli, Ruta, San Rocco, Portofino Vetta, Nozarego, Paraggi e Portofino) si incrociano proprio qui.
Partendo dal parcheggio di Portofino Vetta (WP PK), dove si può godere della splendida vista su Camogli, si raggiunge Pietre Strette con una breve passeggiata. Sono presenti tavolini picnic e una fontana di acqua potabile. Da qui, la nostra proposta sarebbe quella di proseguire per San Fruttuoso, raggiungibile attraverso due diversi sentieri:
1) Pietre Strette - San Fruttuoso, direttissima - cache San Fruttuoso Nord - GC319K3
2) Pietre Strette - Base O - San Fruttuoso - cache San Fruttuoso Est - GC35984
Abbinando questi tre cache e percorrendo un sentiero all'andata e l'altro al ritorno si completa una bellissima passeggiata ad anello .
A proposito del cache: E' un contenitore regular nascosto, ovviamente, in mezzo alle Pietre Strette. La ricerca potrebbe risultare difficile in giornate tipicamente "turistiche" in quanto Pietre Strette è facilmente raggiungibile ed è spesso una meta di comitive numerose.
Informazione importante per l'accesso al parcheggio di Portofino Vetta:
Non fatevi ingannare dal fatto che l'inizio della strada in salita sembri esclusivamente portare all'hotel Portofino Kulm. L'accesso è assolutamente consentito ai visitatori del parco ( WP AP - ved relativa foto in allegato).
 Pietre Strette (Parco di Portofino) (transl: "Narrow Stones") owes its name to the large conglomerate blocks which sprouted here like towers from the ground. This is somehow the pedestrian heart of the Parco Naturale Regionale di Portofino since many of the trails of the park (leading to or coming from Camogli, Ruta, San Rocco, Portofino Vetta, Nozarego, Paraggi e Portofino) cross each other here.
From the parking lot in Portofino Vetta (WP PK), where you can enjoy the wonderful view of Camogli, you reach Pietre Strette with a short walk. Here you may find picnic tables and drinking water.
From here, our proposal is to proceed to San Fruttuoso, accessible through two different paths, on each of which is hidden another cache:
1) Pietre Strette - San Fruttuoso, direct path - cache San Fruttuoso Nord - GC319K3
2) Pietre Strette - Base O - San Fruttuoso - cache San Fruttuoso Est - GC35984
Combining these three caches and choosing one path for the way there and the other for the way back, you will complete a wonderful hike on a loop trail .
About the cache: It's a regular box hidden (obiously) on top of one of these narrow stones. The search could get difficult during the weekend because of many groups of visitors at Pietre Strette.
Important information concerning the access to the car park of Portofino Vetta:
Do not be fooled by the fact that the beginning of the uphill road seems only to bring you to the hotel Portofino Kulm. The access is allowed to all the park visitors(WP AP, see attached picture).
 Pietre Strette (Parco di Portofino) (übersetzt "Die Engen Steine") verdankt seinen Namen den großen Blöcken aus Konglomerat welche hier wie Türme aus dem Boden spriessen. Hier ist man im Herzen des Parco Naturale Regionale di Portofino da ein Grossteil der Wanderwege des Parks (von und nach Camogli, Ruta, San Rocco, Portofino Vetta, Nozarego, Paraggi e Portofino) hier entlang führt bzw. sich hier kreuzt.
Ausgehend vom Parkplatz in Portofino Vetta (WP PK), wo man bereits einen wunderschoenen Blick auf Camogli hat, erreicht man Pietre Strette nach einem kurzen Spaziergang. Hier gibt es Pic-Nic-Tische und Trinkwasser. Unser Vorschlag ist, von hier aus weiter nach San Fruttuoso zu wandern, wo zwei verschiedene Wanderwege hinführen und auf welchen jeweils ein weiterer Cache liegt:
1) Pietre Strette - San Fruttuoso, Direktweg - cache San Fruttuoso Nord - GC319K3
2) Pietre Strette - Base O - San Fruttuoso - cache San Fruttuoso Est - GC35984
Wenn man diese drei Caches miteinander verbindet indem man den einen weg hin und den anderen Weg zurück waehlt, ,macht man einen wunderschoenen Spaziergang auf einem Rundweg .
Zum Cache: Es handelt sich um eine Regularbox welche (wie soll es auch anders sein) an einem dieser engen Felsen versteckt ist. Strette. Die Suche koennte unter Umstaenden an Feiertagen ein wenig schwer sein, weil Pietre Strette leicht erreichbar ist und somit einige Gruppen von Leuten vor Ort sein koennten.
Wichtige Information für die Anfahrt zum Parkplatz in Portofino Vetta:
Lasst Euch nicht davon taeuschen, dass die Strasse eine Privatstrasse des Hotels Portofino Kulm zu sein scheint. Die Einfahrt ist den Besuchern des Parco di Portofino problemlos gestattet!(WP AP - siehe dazu anliegendes Foto)
