Small water proof container, but not really a micro. Flood proof we hope. Bring your own writing equipment. Log your DNF's. We will not check on it till there are 4 DNF Reports in a row. It is a difficulty 4! If you find the cache, PLEASE STUDY HOW IT IS SECURED AND REPLACE IT EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT to prevent loss due to muggles or floods.
SEARCH PARAMETERS: Keep your wits about you and your feet on dry ground. Absolutely no need to wade, swim, climb, fly or dig. And be sure to stay away if there is high water at GZ.
HISTORY: We had a cache named "Beside the Bayou, and That's Bull" for 5 years. We thought it would be real easy. Still there were of DNF's on it even when it was there. The big problem to us was that the bayou would flood and the cache would get washed away. After using 80 lb test ocean fishing line to attach a new cache, the problem was solved for a long time. Still got DNF's but the cache was there. The final straw was that a flood washed the cache away, pulling the nail out of the platform post. That old fishing line was very strong. Also, the large platform was ripped out of the ground and moved 18 inches, 6 concreted posts and all. We gave up and figured out another way to hide and secure a cache nearby. It is smaller, waterproof, and hopefully flood proof. But, much harder to find. Hope you enjoy the search.
