Welcome to Six’s Outside The Box Series! We know that the first few magnetic key holders you found on a guard rail were new and exciting. Now the thought of another light post cache makes you queasy. Geocaching has lost the new car smell that it once had and a few things are starting to be seriously irritating. We want to help you get out of your grumbling rut! We want you to start thinking OUTSIDE THE (MKH) BOX!! As SHURSHOT always reminds us, “Remember! Have fun!”

Things you may or may not need for a cache in this series- Flashlight, ladder, wading boots, boat, golf ball retriever, bug spray, rope, change of clothes, a partner and a sense of humor, um, I mean, ADVENTURE!

My son was so intrigued by his first light SKIRT find that he started lifting every SKIRT he walked past. He found a letterbox in Virginia by chance. Everything was going along nicely until we pulled up to GZ of a cache called "Keep Your Hands Off My Skirt". My son hopped out and started searching the ground nearby. "I know where it is," his dad said. "It's under the SKIRT!" "Dad, do you know what this cache is called?" "Yeah, I know. But I still think it's under the SKIRT!" Humoring his dad, my son lifted the skirt only to be attacked by wasps! He hasn't touched a SKIRT since.

Found this last week in my son's pocket while doing the laundry. I don't know where that kid hid the cache, but I know where I'm not going to look!
