Parking is right next to the cache site in the parking lot off of Chagrin Blvd., just west of Brainard road (see coordinates below). CAUTION: You are in Woodmere! No talking on cell phones while driving; and obey all posted speed limits and traffic laws--- good safety driving tips no matter where you're at.
Dame Deco reached her 1K on 5/8/11 on a 9 state road trip, finding her 1000th in Central Park in NYC. As of October 9, 2011 she has cached in 33 states and the District of Columbia, and has gotten EarthCaches in 21 of them. She has 5 Earthcaches of her own and is a Platinum EarthCache Master. This cache is her honorary cache for her 1K-Class XX. Originally the cache was hidden in a something that Dame Deco had found on a cache run with Loftongal, SkiBug9 and myself. She said, "Hey this would make a cool cache." I agreed and stuck it in my trunk and made it into her 1k Honorary Cache. But the cache had a hard time staying in its hiding spot, even after multiple attempts to remedy the situation. So, EFFECTIVE MAY 2012 the CACHE HAS BEEN MOVED FROM ITS ORIGINAL HIDING SPOT AND THE HINT UPDATED. The coordinates, D/T rating are the same. CONGRATULATIONS to DAME DECO for FTF (and for 1K finds)!
