Exact coordinates are found by finding Tech Ricks Gifts 3 cache.
Located on an old industrial tramway, you can make out sleepers along the long straight route. As you walk along this route you may notice patches/areas of broken stones on either side of you where old platforms used be.
Once you have discovered the map follow the instructions to reveal final location.
You will need all 3 gifts from Tech Ricks Gift 1 (GC346KX), Tech Ricks Gift 2 (GC35GYA) and Tech Ricks Gift 3 (GC35GZE).
Presume the long arrow on Gift 2 is North.
