Prospect Hill Park is one of my favorite parks. I love it so much that one of the first caches I attempted to find was Captain Jon's Prospect Hill Cache right in this very park. I failed miserably on my first attempt, but was able to redeem myself after I was a little more experienced. Jon graciously archived his cache so that I could place Dakboy's Golden Ammo Can here. Now I am placing a thank you cache for allowing me to bring more people to this hidden gem.
There are two parking areas. Both will lead to a fairly steep climb up a gravel road and into the park. There may be some prickers around the cache site. Mosquitos are terrible here, as is the the GPS reception. Your geosense will be useful here. Please replace the cache as you found it. I hope you enjoy the area as much as I do.
