Geocache Description:

Start at the trailhead on Homestead Rd and take the Yellow trail, cross the bridge and intersect with the Red Trail, it’s not very far off of that trail.

This cache is a spawn of GC2ZQFN "That's My Story...Master Cache" which provided the container for this cache with the stipulation that I had to tell my personal geocaching story.

A while back, before I stumbled upon geocaching, I used to have another hobby that involved Pez dispensers…. And though some might think it strange, I was attending a nearby Pez Convention with a friend of mine. While we were wandering around and shopping for Pez, we walked into one room and I saw three Pez dispensers with something that looked like dog tags attached to them…a brief conversation with their owner and he had told us all about Geocaching, and how he and his son had gone out that very morning to find a few caches! I wish I knew who that geocacher was, because they started me on a crazy path of adventure and fun!
My friend and I went back home, excited about trying out this new game that we had heard about…and Voila’! I was hooked, my friend went out one or two times with me, before they lost interest, and I started doing it by myself…Right around the time I hit 600 finds & he 800, Eltee1 and I found each other at the annual NYCRG Event in 2007 at Cherry Plains and were married a little over a year later. Three years later and counting Eltee and I are happily caching together…I wish I had written down those trackable numbers though …
That’s my Story!

Very sadly, Can't Find Diddly's story ended suddenly and unexpectedly while on vacation in Kansas on 14 Oct 2017. GC698E was the last cache she did the evening before her death.
