urban_dwellers: Don't see a better way to attach it and placing it elsewhere isn't very practical either. So letting this one go. Cache On!

Geocache Description:

A shopping cart is a cart supplied by a shop for use by customers inside the shop for transport of merchandise to the check-out counter during shopping.  Customers can then also use the cart to transport their purchased goods to their cars.  That's where this cache comes in.

One of the first shopping carts was introduced in 1937.  It was the invention of Sylvan Goldman, owner of the Piggly Wiggly supermarket chain in Oklahoma City.

The invention did not catch on immediately.  Men found them effeminate (typical); women found them suggestive of a baby carriage.  "I've pushed my last baby buggy," an offended woman informed Goldman (whatever).  After hiring several male and female models to push his new invention around his store and demonstrate their utility (all the cool kids are doing it), as well as greeters to explain their use (uh, hands here and push), shopping carts became extremely popular and Goldman became a multimillionaire (cha ching).

Goldman continued to make modifications to his original design, and the basket size of the shopping cart increased as stores realized that their customers purchased more as its size increased (Duh!).  Today, most big-box stores and supermarkets have shopping carts for the convenience of the shoppers (like this place).

Bring something to sign the log with.  Difficulty is based on the high muggle traffic.  Good luck!

Congrats to Travis&Bobbi for FTF!
