Curse of the FTF #22 (Wellington)
Thanks to Boxhill for initiating the Curse of the FTF (Wellington) series of caches, with this cache being the 22nd in the series.
The rules are really simple.... Guidelines for this series are below:
1. FTF'er should place the next cache in the series (in this case, Curse of the FTF #23 (Wellington) within one month. Please note only the FTF'er should place the next cache and not every time someone finds the cache.
2. You can only be a FTF for this series once, and no joint FTF's accepted on these caches. This spreads the FTF love around, and gives others a chance to play along. (This is at least till everyone has had a go at FTF who wants to).
3. Cache can be any size or type of cache (Puzzle, Multi, etc.), but I do ask that you set it within the Greater Wellington Area (Wellington, Hutt Valley, Wainuiomata, and Kapiti Coast up to Waikanae), and if it is a puzzle then it cannot be too hard, as it should be easy enough for everyone to find.
4. You must include this set of guidelines in your listing for the series. I will be happy to answer any questions concerning the guidelines or about the placing of caches to those who have not placed a cache before. There is no requirement besides the standard signing of the cache log to prevent you from logging this cache when found. Everyone should log their find, and hopefully the FTF person will play along and place the next cache, but it is no way a requirement for logging your find. If you don't intend to carry on the series please do not FTF and leave it for someone else. Under Geocaching guidelines while there is no requirement for the FTF to place a new cache within a month, it is hoped that future FTF'ers, if they so wish, will enter into the spirit of the series, and continue to place new caches.
REMEMBER. NO JOINT FTF'S ACCEPTED ON THESE CACHES!!

It's just been pointed out to me that the numbering sequence isn't right. I've gone through the list and it looks like Curse of the FTF #18 (Wellington) was missed, and is instead labelled Curse of the FTF #19 (Wellington). I've updated the numbering in the list to continue as below.
19. Simpsonsrgr8 - Cursed 17/07/11, curse lifted 31/07/11 with GC30CTM.

You are looking for a hidden one litre screw top container hidden just off part of Waterfall road closed when the railway line was double tracked.
GPS reception is a little patchy under the trees and bank. The original hint is now no good - somebody has pinched the roadside reflector!
