Kola #2: Water Worries Mystery Cache

The cache is at the posted coordinates, the mystery comes in solving how to retrieve the cache container. This cache is only accessible from the east DO NOT ATTEMPT to drive to it from the west as the road is for pedestrian or bike traffic only.
Water here, water there, did you bring some water to spare? In the old children's story " Little hero of Haarlem" Hans solves the town problem. Use Hans' problem solving skills to figure out the puzzle in this cache. This cache requires water, the question will soon be 'how much?' and "Did you bring enough." We would suggest no less than 271 Tablespoons. If you find yourself short of water, walk down the road allowance hill to the stream. The road is fenced to prevent people from driving across the old stone bridge, you are allowed to walk on the road. Please remember to exercise caution when you attempt this cache in colder weather.
