Over the road was where Harry Carn lived, he died last year (2010),90 years of age.He farmed the property(3000acres) most of his life.He lived here until he retired to Hammond, just down the road then sold it to Ben Carn and relocated to the retirement village at Orroroo.
The stone house has been restored and is used all of the time by the Carn family and a few of their old mates, luckily for me I am a great friend of one of them. The house is on private land so please do not enter the property.
This is a public road that leads to the Moocra Towers and interesting enough another cache that I found last time I was up here.
You will need to hide the cache as good as I have as many a child uses this as a lookout area when their parents stop near this spot
