The Heart
Of
The Valley

This cache is located in The Heart of The Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The 51 square mile park is the only National Park in Ohio. The National Park area, specifically the Boston area has so much History. New England Settlers moved into Boston in 1806. Boston was organized January 15th 1811. Between 1825 and 1827 the Ohio Erie Canal was built. Can you imagine 308 Miles of Canal dug by hand? The Tow Path for the Canal is currently used as a bike and hike Trail. It runs along the Canal and the Cuyahoga River. The Cuyahoga River was named by American Indians and means “Crooked River”. The scenery is breath taking. You may want to bring your bikes with you and take a ride on the Tow Path. There is also Ice Cream at the Boston Store and check out the Canal Boat Visitors Center. Don’ t forget the hiking trails all around.
This Cache is located in the Heart of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park; (of course on Private Property). The building on this property was constructed by the Boston Township Board of Education in 1908 as a school house. It was used as a shelter to families in the 1913 Floods. It was used as a school house until the Boston Township High School was opened in 1930. It became a Church in 1947 and is currently the home of the Cornerstone Family Church. Thank you, Cornerstone Family Church, for granting permission for this Cache.
This is a 4 stage Multiple Cache. Have Fun! Use your Geosenses. Watch out for Mugglers. Make sure to put all the stages back the way you found them, and trade some cool swag. The final will be a regular size camouflage lock-n-lock container full of ………….

Congrats to Dame Deco for the FTF.
