Briefcase Full of Blues Multi-Cache

You're looking for two containers (one small, one mini) located around (N 33 37.968, W 117 48.909) & (N 33 38.038, W 117 49.005). Elwood said he'd kindly hang onto some small TB's or swag if you have any.
Those who know me will know I've recently seen at least one of these types of hides myself.

Jake and Elwood Blues are on a mission from God. They have a benefit concert to give (for the nuns, of course) and have placed all of their music (cleverly disguised as a geocaching log) in a briefcase. But the fuzz is on their path and wants to obtain the contents of that briefcase.
Why? Well, it's a little complicated, but let's just say that a certain ex-girlfriend of Jake's planted some incriminating evidence and reported him to the authorities in the hopes of seeking revenge.
The brothers have had to split up to create a bit of a diversion so that no one can actually locate the briefcase. But they need your help!
Your mission is to find BOTH Jake and Elwood, figure out which one has the briefcase, sign the log inside, and then transport the brifcase to the empty-handed brother. This means the log will NOT be in the same place for too long and the brothers' plan will succeed!
You'll have no way of knowing which brother is hidden at which location until you actually get there. So you may have to go back and forth a couple of times, but then you may also get lucky.
It's a few miles to the cache, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. Hit it.
AND REMEMBER: if you have not moved the "briefcase" (actually just a ziplock baggie with the log inside) from one brother to the next, you have not completed your task and should not take credit for the find.
