Geocache Description:

This is a roadside Park & Grab. Due to the traffic area I have listed the terrain as a 2.5. Please use caution while retrieving this cache as you would with most any roadside cache. The cache is about the same size as a 35mm film canister. Also I have placed a pathtag I recently retrieved from another cache for the 1st to Find.

I have recently began working in this city and have grown to love the area. So I decided it would be a good spot for a cache. On most cases the people in the area are very nice and welcoming. Franklin Springs is home to Victoria Bryant State Park where there are also other caches and great scenery. Also it is the home to Emmanuel College. You should take time to enjoy the area if you are new in the area. You just might spend the entire day in and around this small town in Franklin County, Georgia.
