Small container located at the
top of a hill just off one of the many bike trails. Best way to get
here is on a mountain bike but you can walk too. I must have
counted at least 10 different trails intersecting on this
hilltop.
This is DEC property and
they have a lot of rules about when you can visit. You can’t
come here at night and you can’t mountain bike from November
1st to about March 31st. There is also hunting season to consider.
You need to obtain a DEC seasonal permit which is free. Fill in the
application HERE,
email it to the address indicated then print it out and take it
