There's A Hole... Traditional Cache
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions

Sometimes ideas just fall into your lap. We were "CITOing" up north when an object appeared. Not being able to resist, I brought it home and proceded to turn it into a cache.
According to my memory and that of two brothers, these are called "shotgun" milk cans. They varied in size from 16" X 8" to 30" X 12". They were used on dairy farms in the 1950s. Found now mostly on ebay and auction sites, we checked with Brad Gee, reference librarian at UWRF. He found references from newspapers and internet (Google and ebay).
Please park in the parking lot of the park, and stay within the fences at the front of the park in order to remain on public property.
