Geocache Description:

This cache can be found by pulling off on the side of the road. There is a narrow shoulder that can be used so that any traffic may pass by unhindered. The cache is a small lock and lock.

This is our first cache. We were married in April 2011 and placed this cache to commemorate our marriage. We placed this cache just one quarter mile from the church where we were married, Asbury United Methodist Church. Built in 1855, Asbury UMC is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is certainly a beautiful building and hence the reason we chose this church to make our vows.

If you approach this cache from S. National Drive, the church is immediately in front of you as you stop to pick up the cache. If you approach from Asbury Rd, you will drive right past the church as you are getting closer to the cache.

The cache is a small camo-taped lock and lock with a log, pencil and sharpener. We placed various small items for trade. We hope that all you married cachers out there will pause and take a moment to remember your wedding and vows as you search for this cache. For first to find, we have included some bubbly for you.
