This cache is not a long journey from the metro and you'll be pleasantly surprised when you finally find it (we're that clever). So grab your date and make sure not a lot of muggles are around - you may seem suspicious.
This micro cache can only be found if you think outside of the box...or maybe underneath it? Below is a cheesy love letter that includes clues to where the cache will be. Read it carefully and observe your surroundings diligently. What are you waiting for? GO! Good luck.

My dearest Jefferson,
Life has been much more difficult than I imagined since you went away. I had always daydreamed that our love could be the topic of national gossip, as natural as the relationship between ocean and atmosphere - two entities that become even more powerful by universally-binding association.
The clock reads 4:10 and I am standing where East meets West on a busy highway overflowing with vehicles, exactly how my very own heart overflows with love for you.
I am looking - green, yellow, red - but I am not seeing. This world does not quite make sense without you. Passerbys are looking at me curiously, but my focus is on this letter to you.
It is said that the word most used is in love letters is not "love," but the word "miss." To avoid repetitiveness, I will simply say, I wish you were here.
This letter will shuffle it's way to the bottom of the metallic blue as the words that are written come from the bottom of my heart. I hope it finds you well.
