Geocache Description:

Cache is located at a historical site originally known as York Mills. Please take the time to read the nearby historical information for a quick and painless history lesson.

Welcome to York Mills. I lived in the area all of my life and never knew this area had at one time been known as York Mills.

Cache is located near Middlesex Heritage Site Marker # 14.

The "4 For the Group of Four" series is a series of caches placed by four geocaching friends who live many miles apart across North America. Each member of the group places a cache of the same type near the same type of area/site description on the same day. Presently caches are placed at the same time in the areas surrounding Lawton, Oklahoma; Gulfport, Mississippi, Dearborn Heights, Michigan; and London, Ontario. What are the odds of a geocacher finding a cache of this series in each of those areas.
