A nice simple cache down a pretty wooded pathway which looks like a green tunnel as you enter. Possibly muddy after rain. Frequently used by dog walkers
The Chilton Poets Pathway
So called because of the road names in the estate that backs onto the tree lined tunnel like pathway, stretching from the car parking way-point to the top of the Chilton Fields. It sits between the estate and the open fields that stretch between the A14 and the village of Onehouse.
Parking or starting waypoint:
N52° 11.875 E000° 59.060
Park car here in Burns Drive for most direct route to the cache. Alternatively it is a quick walk up from the Greens Meadow cache.
The cache is a plastic Tupperware box wrapped in a black bag. The cache contains:
1 Orange bangle
1 Blue bangle
1 Heart charm
1 multi coloured ping pong ball
1 love organza bag
1 first to find wooden token (for the first to find)
The cache can be got to from a variety of directions but it is most straightforward from the car parking coordinates.
Wellies would be advised if it has been raining more than a little.
OK for children, buggies and dogs.
