This is an easy one, intentionally so. The mission, should you choose to accept, is to find a reason to smile; not to struggle adding a smiley. And this cache aims to please. After the find I will accept no Monica Lewinsky references in your found it logs. The cache should be a *flash* and dash so, enjoy...
As every one knows every secret agent smokes a congratulatory cigar after every mission accomplished (in my imagination anyway). This cache is to celebrate Agent's 500th accomplished mission. He's blazing through valley caches so fast they're smoking. Oh yeah, and he is smoking the competition. Ooh, and uh, (Insert any other smoking references here).
This cache will already have a first to find when it publishes. I am giving the coords to Agent prior to them posting. I understand this may upset some of you but this is how I wish it to be. I have two other caches of which others have first to find so don't be concerned about nepotism. He is my friend, it is for him, and I want him to have first to find. If you can't respect that, please respect that I am being upfront and honest. And please do not hesitate to email me if you would like to discuss my decision.
