The POST release FTF was found by Team Trogoldyte.
You will be looking for The Container.
The Geocache Container is approved by the buildings administrator and is being watched so the cache cannot leave the building.
The building is completely handicapped accessible.
The hours for the building are (as of Oct 2011):
Monday-Thursday: 9a-9p
Friday-Saturday: 9a-5p
Sunday: Closed
Please be careful when handling the cache, It isn't exactly the strongest-constructed container. Muggles will probably be common in this area, but don't let that stop you from searching.
Note: The trick is finding where this Container is located.
