Third in a series: You will need 25 virtuals finds with 2 of them North Dakota virtuals.
The rating of difficulty is based on the challenge not the placement of the container on city (Fargo) property. I would rate the actual hide a 1/1/5. It is hidden from muggles not cachers. Please pay attention to the parking signs so you don't get a ticket. Please list your 2 ND finds in your log if you want credit for a smiley. There are only 3 virtuals in this state that are active (two in the eastern part and the other in the International Peace Garden).
