This is a permanent cache, it was placed for the CCARF11 event, held October 22-23, 2011 and remains in place. This cache was in the category: “ Flashligh Required to Find” and was declared a winner.
This cache can be done with or without flashlight and should be preferably searched for outside of Mall hours and in the dark [less muggles]. During daylight the difficulty will increase to a 4 as you don't know what to look for.
The final cache is a camoflaged cigarette box with a small strip of yellow reflective tape containing logbook and pencil and is located close to the starting coordinates, making this a Park and Grab.
At GZ use your flashlight, point it towards North and the missing coordinate numbers for the final cache will appear.
