Micro cache from small pvc tube

This micro cache is a park n grab that should be acquired very carefully. It is very very important to make this inconspicuous and quick due to the amount of traffic that travels down this scenic road. Please bring pliers or something with grip due to the tight fit of the cache in it's hiding spot.
