The 6th Oldest Continuously Active Geocache in Michigan!*
Oldest cache in Wayne County!
Involves riverside path walking

It'll be a good day treasure hunting with your family, in union with mother nature.
The cache container is a 6" x 8" x 2.5" clear plastic Lock&Lock box.

PLEASE COVER THE CONTAINER BACK UP SO THAT IT CAN'T BE SEEN FROM THE TRAIL. THERE IS PLENTY OF APPROPRIATE MATERIAL IN THE AREA WITH WHICH TO DO THIS. THANKS!

This cache is located within Oakwoods Metropark, a part of the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority park system. A Metropark Vehicle Entry Permit is required: Annual Permit $35. Senior (62+) Permit $21. Daily Permit $10.

*Actually there was one cache placed on 7-16-2000, one on 8-21-2000, two on 2-17-2001, and two including Squirrel nutkin on 2-24-2001. So one could also say it is tied for 4th oldest continuously active cache in Michigan.
