This cache has been placed here because it is an area I have
frequented in the past and present with my 3 Chesapeake Bay
Retrievers.(Kate, Ardi and Reese).
The fields on the Northwest corner and the stream and marsh on
the Southeast corner have been a training area for many a
retriever. On any given September or October morning you can take a
drive down the grid road heading east and you will see a field full
of Snow geese. In December, January or February if you head North
on the grid you may be lucky enough to see Wind skiers, enjoying
what Saskatchewan has a lot of, wind and snow.
This used to be a nice little area outside the city limits, but
all to fast these areas are being taken over and developed. I guess
we will have to find other places to train and play. But for now
take your time looking for the cache and enjoy the wind and the
sun.
