This could be wheelchair accessible, not sure about that. Not difficult.

You're looking for a medium sized ammo can with room for Swag to be traded. There is one travel bug in there to start with. I thought this would be a good place for a travel bug motel along I-35. A good place to move trackables along the interstate.
