A nice little cache at the head of the fairly new
Cheektowaga bike trail.
This is a trail we like to use as part of our
bicycle route to get from Depew to the ballpark in Buffalo to watch
the Bisons. I have a feeling it is not a well-known trail. Turn
right near the billboard just before the bushes when heading north.
There is a small parking lot if you head up the driveway entrance
for the salvage yard, just keep left, you'll see a sign indicating
such. There is an interesting story about the coal tipple that is
nearby on a plaque next to the small parking lot. BYOP.
Congratulations to the first-to-find go to divddsky! Great job
finding it in the dark! I thought it was a pretty good hide, but
we're going to have to get more clever!
