Always passed by Traditional Cache

Lots of GPS Bounce here so: This cache is located next to my residence. It is not in the yard or driveway. I reapeat the cache is not in the yard or driveway area. If you come in off of National Avenue onto West Street the cache is on your right, in the curbside area. For those who don't know what the curbside area is it's the strip of land between the street and the sidewalk. If you pass the pole you have gone too far. If you're really stuck check the spoiler pic for the search area. Inside the yellow box is where you should search. No it's not under the water meter cover as that would be illegal. So, don't lift the cover! Seriously, the rating on this is a 2 not a 5 and with the spoiler it should be a 1. If you're really stuck check the hint. :)
