When I was a kid (last week)my mom would make snot pie with the leftover pie crust. It was my favorite, she would just put butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in the left over crust and bake it. I think that it was more the name than the taste but it was great. I do not think they have snot pie inside, but next time you are making some pie you now know what to do with the left overs.
