Geocache Description:

This cache is not on the freeway. It is easily accessible with lots of parking but make sure you pay attention to the parking signs.

$1.00 for the FTF. The overhead power lines might make the GPS readings a little wonky so if you need it, this hint should help. BYOP. Probably not wheelchair friendly.
