Geocache Description:

Cache situated adjacent to a public footpath next to a busy road. Easily accessible by wheelchair.

The columns referred to in the cache name are the distillation columns on the Dow Corning site. Originally opened in 1952 as Midland Silicones, Dow Corning took over the 160-acre site in 1971 and the Barry plant is now the largest Dow Corning site in Europe.

A small magnetic cache, with no room for swaps, you will need to take your own writing implement.
