Geocache Description:


The Rufous Whistler is one of a number of birds that are annual visitors to Woodlands and other parts of Victoria.
In our winter they migrate north to warmer climates, as do Cuckoos and some other birds.
Whistlers are most easily recognised by their pleasing, melodic calls, hence their name.
They prefer bush land areas like this.
