'Light' my 'Tire' Multi-cache

This cache has been archived.

Hydroid: For some reason, whether because it’s near a pathway or baseball diamond, stage three has a habit of wandering off. Time to re 'Tire’ this one (pun to do with final location) and open the area up for someone else.

Geocache Description:

This is a 4 stage multi with all four stages within the Port Perry town limits. Distance between the first three points is about a kilometre and there are walkways / paths. If you choose to drive, there are a few different places you can park. You'll want to drive to the final. It's in an area that has a lot of cars - not necessarily in motion, but pay attention to your driving more than the GPSr and watch your kids when exiting your geo-vehicle if they're with you...

Stage 1:

At the posted co-ordinates, you will find
a yellow number on a black background beginning with the letter 'P'. Following the letter, there are 5 digits. Determine the stage 2 co-ordinates as follows:
North: Take the middle digit of the five and multiply by 0.057, then subtract this from the posted north value.
West: Take the last digit of the five, multiply by 0.046 and subtract this from the posted west value.
As a math check, the digital roots of all stage 2 digits are: N = 9 & W = 6. Take a walk a few metres further south and enjoy the view to celebrate...

Stage 2:

At stage two, you will see a sign displaying emergency contact information - including an 11 digit phone number. Determine the stage 3 co-ordinates as follows:
As the number has changed since this cache was first published, take the current 11 digit phone number and add "218403251" to it to get the old phone number, then:
North: Add all eleven digits of the old phone number together, multiply by 0.005 and then subtract 0.009. Subtract this value from the stage 2 north value.
West: Multiply the last two digits of the old phone number by 0.004 and then subtract 0.011. Subtract this value from the stage 2 west value.
As a math check, the digital roots of all stage 3 digits are: N = 8 & W = 7.

Stage 3:

O.K., O.K., no more math.... At this point, have a look around for a small container (~3/4" diameter X 2.5" long [2cm X 6.5cm]) and you'll find the co-ordinates for the final. If the container were fruit..... Another nice view can be had in this area. Take a seat on the nearby bench and relax before the final...

Final:

As stated at the beginning, lots of cars here, albeit parked for the most part. The final has been placed with permission and full knowledge of the proprietor. You may well indeed be being watched, but they'll know what you're up to

Congratulations to Knagis on the long distance FTF !
