SIGNS: Slow Cats Traditional Cache

A quick find near a busy intersection.
I like funny or unusual signs. Today I was driving down Everest Road and I saw a noteworthy sign in someone's yard. The sign was a primitive, hand painted sign and it simply said "Slow cats". There was one visible coming from each direction. Whatever it means, the homeowners want you to be sure to see it.
It can only mean one of two things: "Please drive slowly, we have cats" OR "Slow cats live here". If it is the latter, then that is too funny.
Of course, it could always mean that cats are evolving and advancing too quickly and therefore we must "Slow Cats!"
You will have to climb the embankment to get to the cache. Although there are no houses within view, please use stealth due to the cars passing by. You will attract attention as there is no reason you should be up there.
Don't forget to BYOP and if you head west on Everest remember---SLOW CATS!
