The multicache is in a wooded area just outside the Perimeter highway (Trans-Canada Winnipeg bypass) to the east of Lagimodiere Blvd.
There are five caches, the primary cache and four microcaches. The wooded area is off Mailhiot Road, a service road that parallels the Perimeter Hwy.
The Difficulty is 3 and the Terrain is 3 due to the overgrowth and trees. The microcaches should be winter friendly. The primary cache is an ammo box that is sheltered, but may be covered by snow.
Parking is available on the side of Mailhiot Road. There are two wooden posts just past the last driveway as the road becomes a farm road. Geocachers should park before the last driveway as the roadway is raised and has ditches along either side. A three-point turn will be difficult in summer and may be impossible in winter.
The primary cache is an ammo box. It contains a device, a set of instructions and the co-ordinates for the first microcache.
The log is contained within the device. The log must be signed before the cache can be claimed as found.
Each of the four microcaches is now a camouflaged copper plant tag, containing coordinates for the next microcache as well as part of a hint to assist in accessing the device.
A pen/pencil and small pad of paper is needed to record the different portions of the hint.
The primary cache has swag for trading.
When completed, please replace the device as found.
