Brecon & Monmouth canal, peaceful walk listerning to the river Usk, with fabulous views of the Brecon Beacons.
The Brecon & Monmouth Canal (BMC) was built between 1779 & 1812. Connecting the market town of Brecon to the port of Newport. It runs for over 30 miles, all of which is accessible to walkers & cyclists. The canal is managed by British Waterways.
Along the canal who will see, herons, dippers in the River Usk and if lucky an otter.
Ozi is my 16 year old Autistic son who will only walk his dogs on this part of the Canal.
