Please do not even go to the final location unless you are suitably equipped for climbing with proper rock climbing equipment and have been properly trained in it's use .There is potential for serious injury or death if this cache is not retrieved in a safe manner.

Above the final location you will NOT find a suitable belay point.Please make sure whatever you use is solid. You are looking for a small black systema under a small pile of rocks in a sheltered part of the cliff. It is about 6m below the top.The coordinates can be found in the image below.
