Geocache Description:

Before we start, please ‘replace’ the cache exactly as you found it and seal it properly. Thanks.

The cache container, a plastic tube is hidden in Belleek woods which is situated along the west bank of the river Moy north of Ballina town, Belleek Béal Leice meaning "mouth of the flagstones. To get here from Ballina follow the directions to Belleek castle hotel until you find yourself at the car park waypoint.

From here on foot head down the slope towards the river on the main path which begins at the opposite end of the car park to the main entrance, the path soon turns to the left and is pretty straight from there on.

This cache is off down the path maybe 1km, eventually you’ll come to an clearing with a ship wreck The Creteboom on your right, couldn’t miss it if you tried, there is an information panel about that particular wreck and how it got to be there also there is another panel with info on the flora and fauna to be found all around you. A second wreck called The Florette is close by just down river and closer to the river bank.

The disguised cache is hidden a few meters from the edge of the path at the base of the tallest tree behind the seat facing the river. This is a replacement cache so take care when searching for and replacing it as the area is popular with people out walking and running.

Please let me know if the coordinates aren't accurate. thanks
