Faughart Motte Traditional Cache

This is a simple park and grab with parking at the cache coordinates for one car. Be careful entering and exiting the gateway as it is on a bend in the road.
If driving west on the road it is easy to overshoot as the Motte is hidden from view by the hedge.
The cache is a small camo'd cylindrical container, big enough for coins and very small TBs. It is hidden in Ivy (Boo, Hiss) but the clue makes it easy. There is no need to enter private lands to get the cache.
Faughart Motte is 15m in diameter at the summit but unfortunately is in a poor state of repair as the sides are collapsing. It is in a field, clearly vissible from the cache coordinates but I have not been able to estabish whether there is public right of access to it so best not to risk tresspass.
