Geocache Description:

Easily accessible from the adjacent roadway. A well maintained stone tribute with an adjacent wooden bench. Suitable for all including young children and disabled geocachers.

The cache is a small 3" x 4" black plastic clip-loc Tupperware box containing a notepad, pencil, sharpener and welcome card.
This cache is located at a tribute constructed to recognise the considerable sacrifices made by the men and women (and historically children) who worked in the quarrying industry.
Please stop awhile and enjoy the wonderful views out over the City of Cardiff and toward the Vale of Glamorgan.
